Sunrise at Bromo Mountain

Bromo is one of the most extraordinary volcano mountain in the world. With the high around 2,329 meter above the sea, Bromo is accessible for everyone for climb up to the top see through inside of creater. The diameter of the creater is around ± 800 meters (from north - to south side) and about ± 600 leters (from east - to west side). And the crater constantly belches white sulphurous smoke in every in every second the whole of the day. 

Bromo is not standing alone it the huge caldera. There is Batok Maountain (2447 meter high) which has beautiful shape (the top look like has been cut) and covered by green algae on every side. Both of that mountains are surrounded by magnificent caldera, which call as Lautan Pasir (Sea of sand), not only the wide space of caldera (approximately 10 km) is become main attraction of caldera, but also wonderful spot such as pasir berbisik (whispered sand), savannah  or teletubbies hills are remarkable scenery . 

Bromo mountain is located on three different city, Malang, Pasuruan and Probolinggo. So there is 3 different route to reach it. And every of every city has different specialization to describe the beauty Bromo Mountain.

It won’t be enough to describe the beauty of nature by reading from literature. And it will be complete if we are breath the fresh of the air, touch the sand, and walking through by our own self.

IJEN SULPHUR CRATER

Never getting enough to hike any mountains? Never getting enough to reach the top and amazed with the whole wide view? This time we'd like to offer you a different experience of mountain hiking when you reach the top..

Might you experience the sulphur crater on top of the mountain, here on this Ijen mountain you'll experience a short hike up which finally lead you to spot the huge blue crater with strong sulphur smell.

While you experience the magnificent surroundings and views from the lips of the crater, you're able to walk down that challenging dusty road nearby the crater lips to see the sulphur mine area closer. Be ready to wear your mask to cover your eyes and nose ; unless you might want to experience the strong smell.

Before you reach the hiking start-point on Ijen, you'll please your eyes with the magnificent views of hills around. Those green and yellowish grass along the small rocky path. There you might stop awhile to spot some sulphur stream as the appetizer for the next unforgettable view. Then it's time to stop and take a break before some hike up

Along your way up, you'll pass some locals who works on the sulphur miner going up and down frequently to collect the culphur stones. This is definetely scenes of Beautiful of Hard Life..

Some said they're paid only for few rupiahs for a kilo of sulphur stones, and that's the reason why they have to go up and down many times.
